Shipping is free on every EarWell order. There is no minimum and no shipping line added at checkout.

Processing time

Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–2 business days of being placed. Orders placed at a weekend or on a public holiday are dispatched on the next business day.

Delivery time

Typical delivery is 7–15 business days from dispatch. Our devices ship from our supplier’s warehouse, so delivery takes longer than a domestic courier would — we would rather tell you that up front than promise two days and miss it.

Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Customs processing, weather and carrier backlogs can add time.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel is dispatched. Tracking information can take 2–3 days to start updating after the label is created — this is normal and does not mean the parcel is lost.

Where we ship

We ship to the destinations available at checkout. If your country is not selectable, we are not able to ship there yet.

Duties and taxes

Any import duties, taxes or customs fees charged by your country are shown at checkout where we are able to collect them, and are otherwise the responsibility of the recipient.

Wrong address

Please check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us immediately — we can change the address only while the order is still with us. Once it has been dispatched we cannot redirect it.

Lost, delayed or damaged parcels

If tracking has not moved for 10 business days, or the parcel arrives damaged, email us with your order number and we will investigate with the carrier. A parcel confirmed lost in transit is replaced or refunded in full.

We cannot take responsibility for a parcel marked delivered by the carrier and then taken from a doorstep.
