It is not intended for severe or profound loss, or loss in one ear only. See a licensed hearing professional in those cases.
How do you compare to the big OTC brands?

The app is optional. Volume and mode are physical buttons on the device, so nothing essential is locked behind a phone.
What if they don't work for me?
Plainly: there is no change-of-mind return window. If they arrive and you decide hearing aids are not for you, we do not take them back.
The 15-day warranty covers manufacturing defects — a unit that arrives faulty or fails on its own inside that window gets replaced. Email us with your order number. Full terms are in our Refund Policy.

Will they fit my ears properly?
Every order includes soft ear domes in several sizes, so you can pick the one that seals comfortably. The unit sits behind the ear with a thin clear tube into the canal, which is what keeps it in place all day.
Do I need a hearing test or a prescription?
No prescription is needed to order. If you have never had your hearing checked, a free or low-cost audiogram is still worth doing — it tells you whether your loss is in the mild-to-moderate range these are designed for.
How long does the battery last?
Rated at up to 60 hours per charge, with the case recharging them between uses. Heavy Bluetooth streaming shortens that, as on any rechargeable device.
Are they waterproof?
No. Take them out before showering, swimming or heavy rain. Water damage is not covered by the warranty and voids return eligibility.
How do I clean and look after them?
Wipe them down with the dry cloth and clear the dome with the included brush every few days. Keep them out of water, and store them in the charging case when you are not wearing them.
