These terms apply to your use of this website and to any order you place with EarWell. By placing an order you agree to them.

Who we are

EarWell sells rechargeable behind-the-ear hearing aids direct to customers. You can reach us at trunghieutruongforwork@gmail.com.

Who our products are for

Our hearing aids are intended for adults aged 18 and over with perceived mild to moderate hearing difficulty. They are not intended for children, for severe or profound hearing loss, or for hearing loss in one ear only.

They are consumer electronic devices, not a medical diagnosis and not a treatment. Nothing on this site is medical advice. Please see a licensed health professional before use if you have sudden or rapidly worsening hearing loss, hearing loss in one ear only, ear pain, drainage from the ear, dizziness, or a history of ear surgery.

Orders and pricing

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel an order — for example where an item is out of stock, a price was listed in error, or we suspect fraud — and we will refund you in full if we do.

Prices are shown in the currency selected at checkout and may change at any time before you order. Promotional prices apply only while the promotion is running.

Payment

Payment is processed by Shopify and the payment providers shown at checkout. We do not see or store your full card details.

Shipping, returns and warranty

Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy. The 30-day at-home trial, refunds and the 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects are covered by our Return & Refund Policy. Both form part of these terms.

Product information

We describe our products as accurately as we can. Photographs are illustrative and colours can vary between screens. We do not claim any regulatory approval, certification or clearance that we do not hold.

Your account

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity that happens under your account.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use this site to break the law, to interfere with its operation or security, or to copy its content for commercial use without our permission.

Our content

The text, images and design on this site belong to EarWell or are used with permission. You may not reproduce them commercially without written consent.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim connected with an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Your statutory consumer rights are not affected by anything in these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version published on this page at the time you order is the version that applies to that order.
